Managed comprehensive price calculations incorporating logistics costs, tax/tariff factors, and BoM (Bills of Material), PCIS profitability calculation issued by the internal controller and led global quote decision meetings with the base R&D teams in Japan and Germany.

Sales Planning and Data Management:

Developed 1 to 10-year sales plans based on production planning from key KOEMs (Hyundai & Kia), and led weekly sales report meetings with cross-functional teams and centralized sales teams in Japan and Germany, covering order intake, sales targets, parts volume, and estimated revenue.

Coordinated the optimization and updating of internal sales forecast metrics in real-time by integrating weekly LVPF (Light Vehicle Production Forecast) data, resulting in a 20% reduction in SPOT (Strategic Planning & Opportunity Tracking) update procedures.

In this role, I led the initiation and development of the project's master plan, ensuring that all milestones were clearly defined and met on schedule. I also designed and implemented a company-wide international calendar and created custom MS Teams buttons to support the "One Meeting, One Speech" initiative, enhancing communication and collaboration across the organization.

In this role, I led the SHAPE project to reshape the Autonomous Mobility (AM) organization. I was responsible for the entire project execution, from defining stakeholders and leading kick-off and follow-up meetings to managing the issuance of new customer purchase orders (POs) and ensuring that customer quotations were aligned with defined requirements.
